1. Scope
These terms govern services provided by SnowTech to clients, as detailed in individual project agreements.
2. Engagements
Project scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in a written proposal accepted by both parties.
3. Payment
Hosting is billed per the selected plan. Project work is billed as agreed in the proposal.
4. Intellectual property
On full payment, deliverables transfer to the client except for third-party and pre-existing SnowTech components, which are licensed.
5. Liability
SnowTech provides services with professional care. Liability is limited as set out in the individual agreement.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary.
